Eligibility for Refunds

  • We accept returns and offer refunds for any item that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  • Customized or personalized clothing.
  • Items without the original tags.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please submit a refund request by email. Once approved, the item must be shipped back using the provided instructions. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect sizing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required for all returns and refunds.
